Hello.

I’m a New York-based writer/researcher/cartoonist interested in better living through science reporting.

Which is to say: you can moderate pain if you know how it works. If you know what fascia is, you have a better chance of managing your carpal tunnel. And understanding circadian rhythms might get you a deeper night’s sleep.

So in 2011 I’m launching liberationbiology.com, a site offering stories you can use about sleep science, back pain, anxiety and more. Come sign up for the RSS feed and catch my first series, a female reproductive system primer called “The Cervix Files.”

When not thinking about body-knowledge-as-power, I study at the Columbia School of Journalism, co-edit an art comics anthology and, under a pen name, draw comics myself.

Interested in comics, science, ovaries, the future? I want to talk with you — find me at sascha dot krader ||at|| gmail, @gazetacomics or at liberationbiology.com.
